Would any of you more medically knowledgable posters have an opinion on how the RECIST signal criteria so far could be influenced by pseudoprogression. If the virus action inside the cancer body initially grows it does it actually have to shrink back to its original size to be SD even though its started shrinking and could PD also be the effects of pseudoprogression. It is fascinating to see the hNis at work and that they can start to see cyst formation but i'm wondering whether the evaluation criteria may not compensate for this effect.
