Yes agree. It was always going to be close, but with the ATO delay I figure their cash balance must be in the red by now. In the meantime I assume they will have an overdraft facility keeping the lights on.
A bit scary, but I'm not too worried. I'm sure the ATO rebate will come through this month (although I am prepared for some scaling back), and CHIPS funding through CLAWS early next year. Whatever happens, we are going to see another CR anyway, sooner or later, and at least one more after that. We still have a couple of years, best case, to wait before first profits from operations. Anyone who thinks that in the meantime the company can fund itself entirely from grants and tax incentives, is living in la la land.
The good news is that investor confidence is high with the SP the strongest it's been in some time, so a CR need not be excessively dilutive.
