my friendly advice is to pick oscillators that you understand... there are so many scenarios in a chartist world... for me I prefer Bollinger bands, MACD, RSI and volumes, accompanied with price by volumes... it can get confusing, but the key is to stick with what you understand, trade accordingly... do a trial on yourself for a while before investing.. I look for breakouts accompanied by volumes, if you can line that up with fundamentals your in a win win... the key to charting is to be strict with your strategy..
