Yes, you are right. I was only thinking of the economic components. It's the accompanying pyrrhotite and magnetite that would produce the magnetic bullseye, with the gravity anomaly, that is hopefully due to the entire metal sulphide/oxide content, economic and accessory. With also perhaps a mafic intrusive core.
