If Marc is resoinsible for positioning the science, which is fair enough, he is equally responsible for SP performance and SH returns.
Arguably, the scientists would have delivered the same results under alternate leadership. Cap raises can be undertaken by any novice CEO with assistance from brokers.
I don't recall a single raise at highs so I don't think Marc should be praised for maintaining the funding stream.
He is yet to strike any deals of significance, so I'm lead to question what specialist expertise he has contributed, for his substantial remuneration, than any hard decent CEO could have otherwise delivered. I don't see it.
