Firstly, Ash, thanks for replying to my post.
IMO, the numbers of proving reserves' arent there for a major to buy in, IMO.
Wishing/hoping, for something to happen, wont by itself, make it happen.
I feel your pain, I have been on the wrong end ,of too many trades to mention, which have sadly eclipsed the good trades.
My first trade, was an oil stock, they started producing oil( what could go wrong)?
Well the oil was pumping ,but the glycol ,was leaking to the max.
They stopped the oil pumps to fix the glycol leak, which was fixed and the oil pumps, wouldn't restart.
Matrix oil was the company.
IMO, this was a good trade, which for all purposes, went wrong, outside of my control, and I had done nothing wrong.
Take the tax loss, move on.
This trade in real terms, of my entire trading activity was " small loss".
I have had some good trades (hdr) ,as one example, but I've also suffered some big/major trade losses.
Now when I shave in the morning, I tell myself, in the mirror, "its my money, I am responsible for it, no one else is"
