Your not wrong Vstar and to answer your questions around the Carbonate plant I'm going to add a theory of my own that simply removes the issues surrounding the OTA with PLL altogether and puts no particular obstacles around proceeding with ASAP in fact would likely speed it up.

I believe we are heading for a merger between SYA and PLL with KP as the likely new CEO. That would create a single entity owning 100% of NAL and all revenue from concentrate to carbonate ,with 4 projects including MOBLAN at varios stages of progress ,some of which would be prioritised for income and viability and others potentially stalled, sold off or even shelved. It also might attract more institutional support.

That may sound like blasphemy to some and I'm not sure how it would play out myself or how it would achieved, but an eventual listing in the USA and a shareprice consolidation would be likely. There are potentially several advantages and disadvantages around this but it's all about the longterm and what's best to get through the current weakness in concentrate prices that could persist for sometime....there is going to and already a lot of M&A activity in the sector...
