Well I pay for top speed but can only get a max of one third so I cannot agree with your assertion. My complaints get nowhere because the fineprint specifies a ridiculously low minimum speed which if achieved absolves the provider in service delivery. For example if I pay for 20mbs and I can only get one third of that speed the provider specifies that if a minimum equating to about 25% of the paid for speed is achieved they satisfy their committment. It is a joke and we need to upgrade at high speed lol.
