I think many are talking low valuations based on older PAC reports. However - one must note - that the PAC reports fail to take into any context the size and potentials that you have thoroughly explained above.
PAC Valuations are based only a percentage (%) of the implied Mukuyu basin - considered in the calculations below at a measly 2.5 Tcf !! - I suppose the “experts” don’t want to put any chance on the line when valuing wildcat/junior explorers.

The part of the PAC report that I really do like - is that the valuation triples when becomes unrisked…..
