the comment by the WP was a silly one - becuse it's obviiously correct ....but just as obviously one sided and unbalanced ...... the russians are the ones having much greater losses f men and equipment over that time .

russia lost more tanks , ships , helo's , aircraft ,air defence systems , artillery pieces and men .
THAT is depleted .
