yeah, what jail time, fines or sanctions were imposed on the banks’ incumbents, or any one of them, or any bank , in the aftermath of the Banking Royal Commission’s scathing findings of wilful bad and unlawful behaviour to the detriment of its customers (alive or deceased)?
it’s not too late by the Statute of Limitations or Moral Community Standards to bring each one of them at fault to account.
Else, isn’t the ongoing message from the Gov and regulators that culpable top management, the Board, Chairperson and the big institutions go right ahead and break whatever law and standard you like, we won’t do thing, RC or not?
