Apples- I don't think you can accuse them of being dishonest and misleading, but probably a little too optimistic. There may be a question over their answers at the time of refinancing the Alinta aquisition. But how much of this was due to the GFC and the Varanus island gas pipe explosion and how much was spin?

There was talk of funding to mount a class action over this episode but this seemed to have dissappeared.

It seems to me that so far they have been very good at selling assets at close to book value. Hope it continues.
