but strategically it makes sence to do Take over of ARN media...
ARN medi already owns a good stake in Southern Cross media and just made proposal to acquire it...
Good Radio, digital and TV consolidation....almost 700mln of Revenue up for grabs..( Southern Cross + ARN)
