I really don't understand why Abbott SHOULD agree.
Labor have had - how long? - to make their figures, and cost / benefit analysis available - and they haven't.
Yet somehow - this is what we need.
The simple thing is, that Abbott has agreed to Treasury attacking their costings, as long as Labor don't see it. So what is the problem everyone?
I haven't seen any justification, as I mentioned before - why FTTH is required!
