Your trolling is getting a bit boring. You used to put more effort in. Maybe you have a lot on your plate having to deal with plummeting property prices and soaring interest rates and construction costs as retirement plans start looking very bleak. Probably would have been better off investing in a debt free, cash machine like SLR instead of following the teachings of dopey Harry Dent Jr - not financial advice of course!
