Voting no, Ive being holding GXY since 20c through to ORE merger to become AKE

AKE is no longer a growth sock and was looking for it to become a dividend play like PLS.

However a merger with Livent would mean dividends are out the window, with most US domiciled entities not paying divs as the norm and I cant see combined entity doing much in terms of organic capital growth (ie growth/value not dependent on spot).
