It don't matter where you are on the list, when they start spending money on making phone calls to all stockholders to try and convince people that they should support the CR you know your in trouble.
They have set the purchase price of your "free option" at 0.019c in 3 years time or before, so they are either being very very generous to you or just predicting what the share price might be in 3 years time. Good luck to all.
