The market is risk off now, so even a definitely positive announcement (I dont know how this can be read negatively) leads to a sell off. Good time to get in for a speculative position, this is very well in the deep value territory. Of course the debt burden must be considered and the position sized appropriately. All IMHO, DYOR.
