I am not a current holder but have been previously. Have you considered the illiquidity of Cdis on the ASX post merger. If you assume the Top 20 shareholders, plus other large shareholders, move to the NYSE register that will leave approx 50% of issued AKE capital, represented as CDIs, left to trade on the ASX. On top of that all the Livent shareholders will be on NON-ASX registers. This would mean that of the stock and CDIs issued for Newco about 30% will be traded on the ASX. This may prove a negative for some.
