If so thats putting the horse before the cart.
Secure JV then see if you can give cash away.
Hillgrove went JV track with Kanmantoo. Gave cash back to shareholders only to turn around and ask shareholders for cash back in the form of a spp. Market lost confidence sp sank.
So unless dividend is designed to bolster sp, I would rather cash be held till JV is secure.
