As others have suggested, the best course of action is AFCA channel. AFCA decisions are binding on the Licence Holder and typically achieve the result of putting the claimant back (financially) in the position they would have been in if the issue had not occurred. Class Action is completely unwarranted.
In order to access AFCA services you first need to complain to the Business, Australian Super in this instance. They have standard time frames to respond and try and address the issue with you directly etc. If this fails, and only after 30-days I believe, you can then lodge a claim with AFCA.
I suggest following this process and we can all update on how things unfolded (I am in same boat, have lodged Formal Complaint with Aus Super).
