You have clearly done your homework and as such its undeniable that the BoD's of Sayona who signed off on this deal with the Exwankerbanker have been totally incompetent in regard to being able to build shareholder value isnt it any wonder there's a huge backlash happening towards those responsible with respect to destroying the companys value ...but then again they have already lost one company havent they the dheads.
