Almost all sites are not urban. Also competition for staff is even more in rural areas (limited qualified population).
IT efficiency and AI can potentially be illusionary, esp if blows out (we all read about how these expenses are escalate).
Yeah private doctor efficiency would drop, also overhead of a listed entity that is required to focus on corporate matters/machine, large, large HR department with poor efficiencies. If the purchased practices are not of the same corporate culture that was/is IDX can be culture mis-match. I'll let the reader decide which culture is better.
