Seems everyone is missing this part of the quarterly... Yes there will be a CR at some point, only the board knows exactly what the plan is but practicality given the majority of capital spend is complete is that there is a practical runway longer than 1.25 quarters.



Doing some further digging it does appear like a lower hurdle was approved under the previous framework; perhaps the 90% hurdle where the DGSM has initiated verifications (I assume randomised spot checks) is the new minimum threshold they're looking to set a higher standard with? We won't really know until the ML lands. This isn't documented explicitly.
