they've been grooming us for that for years now.
"the block" is coming back,"hot property' already is back...it's the idea that you can live off maintanance of your house !
whay used to be 'the norm' (paint the house, keep the floors clean) is becoming 'the job of renovating' !
scary thing is that "so many" are "so deep" that they will play on the 'other side' to find that bigger fool !!!!!
