RichardV, Did you have to give them the Issuer SRN number, or did they locate your holdings just by your name. Reason I ask is Computershare transferred my holdings to Issuer sponsor on the 15/10/2020. But in their transaction details, there was no SRN number recorded. I have written to CPU for SRN details. I will post if they have this information. By the way, I thought their reply to you was not a negative. Just a standard reply as another poster has said.
