Are you suggesting PLL is a charity or should give up the OTA out of the kindness of their heart? Sheesh... they already have enough shareholder litigation to deal with as it is.

I think emotionally it would be easier for SYA holders to view the OTA as in lieu of having a larger stake in the JV to begin with.

I would ask holders like yourself that feel PLL has done nothing and is underserving of profit, 2 things:
1. Are you aware SYA had repeatedly tried and failed to convince the parties to accept prior offers? SYA would likely not have NAL at all without the involvement of PLL.
2. How did you personally contribute in the production process?

PLL was an investor at the time, just like you are now. It astounds me you expect one investor (PLL) to give another (YOU) something for nothing.
