no it’s not the basis of my views, there has been numerous reports and commentary over the 2 years from when offtake was first enacted starting in January 2021 when sya share price was 2.5 cents, resulting in share rising to 39 cents in April 2022 , no one was complaining about pll investment in sya and offtake deal then, the offtake deal was originally announced 11 jan 2021 the pricing was announced the size of offtake was increased when they acquired nal, the offtake deal was good enough for shareholders as sya share price rose Now 2 years later people are complaining , share price is almost 4 times higher than when pll joined and people still not happy and in that time it has risen 15 times at one stage, yes I am not happy about current share price of most lithium companies but those complaining about the offtake now , suits the narrative of those who want to see a lower share price, sya has bigger issues than this
