given the complexity of rare earths and the fact that a lot of people do not understand these complexities ( including myself ), would anyone like to summarise PEK in easy to understand terms. Potential...challenges....where do you expect the next step to be. A lot has been written lately in the papers about China and rare earths - why would you choose to put your money into PEK?
