try as i might, i just cant reconcile the timing of this raise in context of the expected (and probably already known) 3D results. Not to say im not a believer in the undervaluation of BRU but the timing does suggest that the results are not as good as we all had hoped and likely to get punished by the market. Hence an opportunistic raise prior to that event.
