With permission from a fellow shareholder. Ben replied to a question about this late notice of becoming a sub holder. If I understand correctly, Sailingstone recently became aware that a related entity owned SRL shares. The combined holding is above 5%. Of course, this is third-hand so take it with a grain of salt. Personally, I don't buy this explanation.
