That concern centres around the elevated gold price providing an environment where milling may be delayed or milling costs become elevated due to a period of over demand for milling services as a result.

Without the elevated gold price proceeds from this milling run would have been halved.

Costings from other sites that include a Capital requirement are based on buying New equipment on a replacement basis.
Contractor costs may be above or below this if running a different cost model with older equipment.
So I wouldn't use those for calcs unless your planning on running a site/ business for 10yrs plus or on a short write off site where you Nil value the plant at the end of operations due to costs of removing plant.
