So much melodrama on this thread over the timing of an R&D rebate...Let's get back to charts.
Weekly: short-term double bottom with imminent target of 8c followed by 12.5c
Monthly: breaking out of basing pattern with first target at 16c followed by 22.5c.
It appears to me that the catalyst for breakouts on weekly will be the R&D rebate news and nothing more.
