I should have indicated any director selling at any time [including within the rules time frames]. Directors sell shares for all sorts of legitimate reasons. However the insider trading tag seems to always surface as a result of these transactions with a detrimental effect on the relevant share price NEU has already experienced this problem in the recent past.
