I thought September is usually the sell off month.
anyho, a lot of spec stocks have been rallying hard on any good news , since the recent interest rate hike.
BOT on the other hand is as usual going no where, down 30% from its high since the FDA rejection despite a number of "price sensitive" announcements since then.
