"Sayona is working with Brunswick Group, a globally recognised PR/IR and Corporate Governance consultancy firm, to support Sayona in the corporate governance transition and step-up in quality and frequency of shareholder communications. On the corporate governance side, the Board is continuing the Board transition process, supported by Brunswick, with the priority now to appoint an Independent Chairman and additional independent director. This will allow for the formation of key governance committees such as Audit & Risk committee and Remuneration & Nomination committee. The Independent Chairman may also want to be involved in the appointment of a permanent CEO for Sayona. On the PR/IR side, we have a program of work with Brunswick that covers everything from refreshing our investor presentation, implementing results presentations and webinars, to more frequent and targeted media engagement. Some of this will take time to roll out, but I can assure you these initiatives are being progressed internally."
