Hi reon1, re your statement:

- As Executive Chairman and Executive Director, the buck stops with him. (Ask Alan Joyce!)
- I am still concerned that PH sold 75m shares around 50c in Dec 21, just before our shares started heading south to 4c. (Could happen again).
- Spilling the board could send an important message, that we expect better. The performers can still be voted back in.
- We all know where IMU is headed, but why should the board be pre-rewarded. Very happy to reward them after we are.
- Obviously there is nothing wrong with the science and those creating the IP but we are all here to make money not just the board.
