In other words, MQR is at a MC of about $12M, and an EV of about $8M. Give or take.
Indeed there is no report of a find yet, thats why the MC is $12M and not many multiples of this already.

Bearing in mind 7 quality projects, what's the MC going to be if just one of these reports great results? This is how you make money.... before the 'fact'.
