There’s NO ‘pay out’ dbd!

It’s a transference of TMT assets into a larger company with everyone who holds TMT shares getting a slice of that larger company!
It’s not the end of the road!
Under the name Australian Vanadium I believe TMT holders get everything AVL has going for it including board, downstream capabilities, another ore body and plenty of other synergies plus the existimgTMT assets!

And what motivates you to be so opinionated on what’s right or wrong here?
Is it love of the other punters?
The desire to heckle?
I ask because according to your posts here,
