I think when you look at it from the perspective of entire process that's correct when looking at:
- cost of brine to LCE; vs
- cost of Hardrock PLUS costs of the Chinese (other party) having to convert that to hydroxide or carbonate.
Brine does both. Hardrock must still be converted (hence more profitability in brine, as it's in a sense a "vertically integrated process")
