It looks like if the merger would be approed ineligible shareholders would still have a few days (between the scheme meeting and the day on which Allkem shares trading is suspended) to decide to sell their shares and buy Livent shares instead to bypass all the trouble with the sale nominee selling our shares / CDIs and being paid out in cash. There is still time until December 19th but this option is definitely something I need to consider.
