Interesting turn of phrase. I'd say if we're in a TH for a cap raise, there's not much more consideration needed.

pretty decent volume for the drop over the last 2 days. Disappointing to see. It would seem the "considering" of the cap raise included some discussions around the water cooler and not just behind closed doors.
