wellll welll welll look at what we have here.. I think a lot of investors can see a cap raise pretty easy from this company lately.. the last three have been before multiple announcements to come out and try and pump up as much as possible. so instead of raising at 0.015 we are raising at 0.020. at least management are somewhat looking out for our ever growing 4+ billion shares
