For example , let's decrease the yearly salary of Victor. He is getting three or four times more than normal. Chart performance is not equivalent to his utopic high yearly salary.

Furthermore, which role is his wife playing in our company? Several times, I have seen her name on published documents.

What about recently published insider deals of the entire management team?

I think, a good start of providing better results and increasing shareholder's value would be a replacement without "golden handshake" of the currently nominated CEO

Who has given Victor an approval for such an analysis? Reading latest reports and presentations of our company, I do not see an economic reason for such an analysis
