Massive news! Congrats JP and Daniel as I believe Daniel would have been heavily involved in making this deal happen. Binding offtake and no dilution is a massive deal and GLN is one of the only juniors that was able to secure funding without further dilution.
We will now be a 300M company with close to half of this in cash and producing/generating cashflow in less than 18 months... just WOW...

That still shows how undervalued GLN is compared to all these other juniors that are just drilling and well over our market cap already. If all goes well, we might not even need to raise any more money.. ever.. And we would be a producer with under 400M shares on issue, potentially bringing some nice and healthy dividends for shareholders in a few years only..

This deal is very important because it also shows the market that JP and his team are capable of making some good deals and that his strategy of waiting and not committing to early "non binding" offtakes was the right one. A lot of people were doubting him saying that he would never get a non dilutive financing deal so hopefully the market will wake up to this news and realize that GLN is the big deal, definitely a company making announcement showing that there is not much else stopping us to go to production and becoming soon (I believe) a billion dollar company. Hopefully we don't get bought beforehand but the value now for any buyer that wants lithium exposure in South America is huge and hopefully that doesn't lead to cheap takeover offers in the next few months.
