Agree to the approval of the $436,000 placement by Directors and Co. That will sustain the company until the "Positive Cash Flow" comes along in January 2024 which will ensure the future of the company.
For the rest of the share holders, suggest spending your hard earned money on family this Christmas instead of participating in the capital rasie.
