But they claimed title to a shareholding where a transaction was actually in dispute - in court -and actually not settled and they raised capital anyway

What you willing to pay? - I’ll sell them to someone who is bullish in a positive ultimate outcome for Avz at a substantial discount to market - but if the usual argument oh you think there worthless give them to me then I’ll just keep them written off and keep the tax deduction

too aggressive and closed minded here , management have a huge number of questions to answer imo- Avz position is materially worse today than it was in may 2022
