I think the blackout periods are only around specific events (annual reports, half yearly report and quarterly report).

They can otherwise trade with clearance (as long as it's not insider trading).

I think this is why they use trading halts - to prevent insider trading risks, even in their very small team.


so doesn't necessarily preclude a positive annoucement in next two weeks... whether we get one is another thing...

surely we have an update on endurance by now, we'd be somewhere around 6x10^9 if it followed the trend between the two megabit success announcements
