Even if we do raise capital a premium, is it at a premium to the undisturbed share price? If not, then its not really a premium is it? We would have been in a stronger position to negotiate if it wasn't for the manipulation yesterday.
Anyway that's the last ill say on the subject, no point dwelling on it now
