    IS there any legal ramifications for the SR not being released? The management has a responsibility to release it. They used shareholders monies to employ a company to do a SR. They sold a company asset on the advice of the SR. In turn, it has a big influence on our investment decisions moving forward. No notification on sale of said asset. They're clearly not being transparent.
